Bikers can also enjoy fresh air and sunshine via the “Legacy Trail” trailing through the county and national parks connecting the Sarasota County’s cities via a safe paved trail. Sarasota is the best place ever to vacation or stay awhile.

House Rules

Please NO SMOKING, NO VAPING INSIDE or anywhere near the homes doors, windows, etc. This is a smoke free/vape free property.

Trash/Recycle day is on Thursdays early at 6 a.m. PLEASE put your units trash & recycle canisters at the street/sidewalk facing the road Wednesday Night.

Please pick up after your pet & use the dog station inside the dog run to dispose of your pet waste. There is a water hose inside the run to help clean up after your pet as well (if needed). Greatly appreciated. No smoking, No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM.
