The house was clean and in a great location to access downtown. They also thoughtfully supplied goodie bags with some necessities that saved some trips to the store.

The property appeared very nice in the photos and is in a great location. The floors were covered in a thick layer of dog hair. We vacuumed and emptied the machine three times, but the floors were still not clean.Dust and pet hair were on much of the furniture.The AC unit inlet was covered in layers of dust, indicating it had not been cleaned in a long time.The bedroom fan was also covered in dust, making it unusable.The AC unit in the master bedroom is extremely loud.The toilet leaks and refills every half an hour, disturbing sleep.The front door does not have a latch for added security.Hair was found in the basin and on the bedding.Floor carpets had dog hair and brown stains.The oven was dirty from previous use.The interior walls display numerous scuff marks and mismatched paint, which is a shame given the property's potential for improvement.Owner response:The owner was notified about the cleanliness issues, but only apologized. No cleaner was sent back, and no cleaning refund was offered, which was disappointing.
